Production Introduction
Rock wool is made by melting natural basalt and diabase in a high-temperature furnace and then processing them into fibers of about 4-7 μ m by centrifugal equipment. Then, special adhesives are added and processed through curing to produce products of various specifications.
Applications
It is widely used as insulation material for boilers and various industrial equipment in the petroleum, power, metallurgy, textile and chemical industries. It can also be used for partition walls, interior ceilings, and insulation and sound absorption of both interior and exterior walls in the construction industry.
