Foam Cement Board

  Product Introduction  

Foamed cement board, also known as foamed concrete board or foamed concrete insulation board, is a kind of lightweight and porous insulation material. It is mainly made by mixing foam prepared by physical or chemical methods with cement-based slurry, and then pouring, curing and cutting it.

  Product Feature  

1、Excellent fire resistance (Class A non-combustible) : This is one of its greatest advantages. Its main component is inorganic cement, which is classified as an A-level non-combustible material. It does not burn when exposed to fire and does not produce toxic gases, effectively enhancing the fire safety grade of buildings.

2、Good durability, with the same lifespan as buildings: Cement-based materials are resistant to aging and corrosion, have stable performance, are not prone to aging and failure, and have a long service life.

3、Lightweight and high strength: It is filled with closed tiny pores inside and has a low bulk density (usually 150-300 kg/m³), which can effectively reduce the load on buildings. Meanwhile, by adjusting the formula and process, a certain compressive strength can be obtained.

4、Thermal insulation and heat preservation: The internal porous structure gives it a low thermal conductivity coefficient, providing excellent thermal insulation and heat preservation performance. Although its insulation efficiency is not as good as that of organic materials such as polystyrene boards (XPS/EPS), it is superior to ordinary concrete.

5、Green and environmentally friendly: The main raw materials are cement, fly ash, etc., which are non-toxic and harmless. The production and usage processes are environmentally friendly.

  Application  

1、Building exterior wall insulation system: It is particularly suitable for exterior wall insulation or fire isolation belts of public buildings and high-rise buildings with high fire protection grade requirements.

2、Roof insulation slope finding: It is used for the insulation layer of flat or sloping roofs, and at the same time, its on-site pouring feature can be utilized for slope finding.

3、Fire isolation belt: In the external insulation system of organic insulation materials (such as EPS and XPS boards), it is required to set up horizontal or vertical fire isolation belts as per regulations. Foamed cement board is one of the preferred materials.

4、Basement top slab insulation: Due to its certain compressive strength and moisture resistance, it can be used for floor insulation.

5、Composite wall panels: As core materials, they are used to manufacture lightweight partition wall panels.
