Production Technology
Ordinary aluminum silicate board is made from bauxite as the main raw material through processes such as melting, wire drawing (adding an appropriate amount of binder during the wire drawing process), curing in a curing room, and cutting. The entire process is automatically controlled by PCL, and the product is formed in one go.
Application
1、Industrial kilns, heating devices, and high-temperature pipeline wall linings.
2、Wall linings for high-temperature chemical reaction equipment and regenerative equipment.
3、Fire prevention and heat insulation of high-rise buildings.
4、Heat insulation for stress relief of welded parts and special-shaped metal castings.
5、Insulation of kiln door top covers and insulation of glass pools and cellars.
